So it is here, I have test fired it and everything and it is just amazing!

The packaging was pretty cheap, a thin cardboard cover over a Styrofoam insert.

Regardless of the packaging the presentation of the gun itself and the other odds and ends it came with was satisfying.

Upon opening the box the following items were revealed:

- The Sig itself

- 100 KJW polished bb's

- pistol speedloader

Initial inspection of the gun.

Everything looked very good. The construction feels very solid. ...

I know the RS SVD uses the air cocking system, but thats about it, I see no external differences. But the price differance it insane. $350 for a springer w/ real wood seems expensive, so it leads me to belive theres a differance but un clear on what it is.

I have noticed a lot of you fellows on the forum have been considering the darkhawk. So here is my review on my darkhawk.

Basic Specs on this gun:

Full metal

fps 300

magazine capacity: 25+1

Initial thought of when i first saw/held this replica. I thought it was the most amazing thing in the world and now to go into more details. MY HFC darkhawk is from 2003, and i picked it up in early 2010. Amazing how it is even though it is so old.

Explain your answer.

I said yes.

It seems now more than ever, any airsoft company worth it's salt has a gas blowback rifle in production or await a release date. This area of airsoft used to be proliferated by replicas out of reach for the average airsofter, with prices rocketing past $500 for a standard M4 variant...but all of a sudden, the middle-market companies are stepping up their game and releasing replicas that are affordable and often surpass the $500+ ones in performance and reliability. ...

since I've joined my team we've got 6 new players in 3 months. These guys just jumped from back yard to MilSoft since I've joined they still tend to have airsoft look but have made a large leap to the game. many only had wally land guns and casualle wear they moved up to mpeg and got uniforms.

I am woundering if anybody else has seen a large increase. This is state wide to. The average event in 09 only had 35 members. 2010 has had an average of 50 members. Anybody else seen this in your state?

Event Description: After the Canadian Liberation Force secured some intel they moved to Casper in a rugged mountainous area, the only way they could get supplies was by airdrop, Wyoming forces shot down a C-130 drop ship somewhere in the mountains and they sent out a small force to go retrieve the drop items. Greeting the Canadians was a force of Wyoming troops trying to get those items to put Canada down for a while.

Event team break down goes like this.

Comander

2nd in Comand

Squads

Infantry.

The commander has thrown it on 2nd in comand's (lex) shoulders to give orders. Lex was a marine for and 18 years, and my squad lead (reaper) was in the army for 20. Anyways both are on the same team and I have to take orders from both. But the tactics, how do you say dis like each other. the final choice is up to me really but which branch has better tactics for which objective? Somthing that won't get me shot ...

1-2 DM's

1 medic

CQB(4-6)

4-6 CQB experts

Feild squads(7)

3 riflemen

1 gunner

1 medics

2 DM's

Urban squads(7)

2 riflemen

2 cqb experts

1 medic

1 gunner

1 dm

I can answear questions, you can make changes, or you can post your own idea on well rounded squad.

Basically these mags just looks cool. thats about it. Two big problems.

1. Doesn't always wind up bb's when winding

and

2. Doesn't feed correctly and has problems keeping up with my average ROF replica.

So with all this hype of magpul dynamics/pmag stuff. I'm quite disappointed on how these mags turned out.

My m14 sling mounts broke a while back and to draw my pistol i would litterally need to drop my gun on the ground to draw.

I know this is possible, so don't tell me it isn't. For my new AK, I want to convert real AK magazines to fit it. I really want to buy a bakelite magazine and use one of those with my airsoft gun. Does anybody know how to do this conversion? I am willing to pay someone to do it for me...

This last weekend, I have been working really hard, and have not had any sleep. So last night, I purchased a G&G RK-104 (AK104). Does anyone know if this was a good decision or not? I sure hope so...

Alright then! Due to something happening my last topic was deleted!

So! I have picked a nice looking 1911 that has gotten good reviews all over the place. I believe.... that m14 has this pistol, The KJ Works 1911 tactical version. But still!

I am looking for suggestions of what to get for my birthday! Airsoft related! Anyone have anything they would like to put up?

Rather than buying the gas KSC m93r or the HFC dark hawk, I decided to go with a new TM g18 AEP, the first one I had was a clone of it by cyma that was very loveable, and now that I have the "official" one I guess you would call it, I'm sure it would be even more so. Also, with the purchase, I am getting another magazine for it, and a pantac drop leg holster (see links)
